Refunds and waivers
In the event that the deadline of 90 days for the payment of 50% of the entire amount is not respected, the same must be paid in full within 60 days from the date of the event.
In the event that the 60 day deadline is not respected, participation in the event will not be guaranteed and it will not be possible to recover any other forms of advance payment.
If the balance deadline is not respected, after meeting the down payment deadline, participation in the event will not be guaranteed and it will not be possible to recover the deposit paid, unless the "non attendance to the event" is communicated within 60 days from same. In this case, only the costs incurred for the organization of the event will be retained from the deposit, which will be calculated based on the type of event, the distance and the type of package chosen.
In the case of a reservation without having provided any deposit previously over thirty days from the event, no form of refund will be possible.
Refunds and waivers "Mini Protection"
Waiver within 30 days of the event: total recovery of the sum (excluding any insurance and box place).
Withdrawal within 7 days from the event: 75% of the participation fee will be retained
Withdrawal after 6 days preceding the event and / or non-appearance: 100% of the participation fee will be retained
The refund will be made in the form of a credit for subsequent events. In no case are cash refunds foreseen. The credit is not transferable to third parties.
